Our Story

We come from humble beginnings over 15 years ago, cooking preserves in a Paynesville backyard to a now established, boutique-refined, family business set on acreage with an ever-growing orchard in East Gippsland. We are well known in the region for jams, chutneys and sauces with true flavours using the highest of quality, locally sourced fruit and vegetables whenever possible. Our products are gluten free with no additives or sneaky preservatives. We let the ingredients speak for themselves.
